An Introduction Bio of Myself 

I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder in recreational therapy. It was the mid 1970’s and I was a quasi hippy and also a student of Zen Buddhism seeking enlightenment when the Light of the World stepped into my life. He, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, apprehended my heart and turned my whole world upside down, changing the entire trajectory of my life. The more I discovered of Jesus, the more I knew that I couldn’t keep this incredible news to myself- the whole world should have the chance to know Him! And today, 48 years later, it is as true now as it was then! With my life surrendered to Him- willing to go wherever He would lead, I, together with my husband, Michael-a wonderful man from New York City whom I met and married when we were attending Denver Seminary 45 years ago, have had the incredible privilege of serving Him among an unreached Muslim tribe in Kenya for 15 years, then in post- Communist Lithuania for 16 years, followed by 6 years in Ireland at an International church of over 22 nations, and most recently back here in the US to help call out the next generation of Jesus followers who have surrendered their lives to Him and who are willing to go wherever He leads- to the billions who don’t yet know Him. We have learned and ministered in 3 different foreign languages, raised 3 healthy happy children and grown to know and love people of multiple nations, many of whom have become family, brothers and sisters, in Christ! Have there been hard times, lonely times, scary times? Absolutely!! Have there been losses and heart breaks? Absolutely! But the Lord has been with me every step of the way, loving me, leading me, and carrying me through as I learned to rely on Him.
